Matinee Now is a media production and distribution company with roots in India and a global headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We make films, documentaries, and web series — and we carry them to audiences across both the theatre and the screen in your hand.
We work in two directions at once. We create new cinematic stories, and we rescue old ones, restoring films that the years had begun to fade. Whether the destination is a darkened cinema, an OTT platform, or a YouTube channel, our purpose is the same: to close the distance between a story and the person waiting to feel it.

We believe entertainment is not a product but an experience — a way to enrich a life, to make a stranger laugh in the same second as someone three rows away. Our mission is to create unforgettable moments that captivate, inspire, and bring people together.
Our vision
We intend to stay at the front of that work. Audiences change, taste moves, technology rewrites what is possible — and we keep pace, building content that meets a global audience where it actually lives. We are drawn especially to the place where literature meets the screen, where a great story becomes a great film without losing what made it beautiful on the page.
And we refuse the borders. Region, language, culture, generation — these have kept too much extraordinary cinema from the people who would have loved it. We exist to take it down, and to put world cinema in front of anyone willing to sit and watch.
